In a skillet saute:
Onion
Edamame
Frozen corn
Fresh ground black pepper
Add: Garlic powder and Onion powder to taste
Saute all together

Kettle Corn
1/4 cup canola oil
2 Tb sugar
1/2 white popcorn
Salt to taste
On medium heat add oil and sugar to Stove top popper. Stir oil and sugar to mix. Add popcorn.
Stir until done. Add salt to taste. This is perfect. Tastes just like the kind you buy at fairs.

Quinoa Cabbage Rolls
I did not measure any of my igredients:
In a non stick skillet place:
1 chopped onion
1 bag of frozen soup mix veggies: Kroger brand - is my FAVORITE!!!
Chicken Broth
cover and cover on low heat for 15 minutes
then add:
Quinoa - cooked
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Cayenne
Habanero Sauce
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Place cabbage head in water (cut off the stock before placing in water) Remove leaves with tongs - 8
Place rolls in baking dish and cover with a mixture of: Tomato Paste, Tomato Sauce and Diced Tomatoes - all no salt added.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350.
Enjoy!!!!!
