Dawn's Turkey "Chili"

1 lb of lean extra ground turkey
1 TB chili powder
1 bag of birdseye frozen green beans
Chopped celery
1 can of diced tomatoes - salt free
Worcestershire Sauce - love this stuff - so I just kept shaking it in there. hehehehehe!!!!
1 diced onion
Diced green peppers
Garlic
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne
1 small can of tomato paste - no salt added
Mrs. Dash - seasonings - Onion and Herb and Spicy
Pepper

Enjoyed my "chili" with a salad  - Romain and Slaw - with Flaxseed Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
