I love Bierocks! I made a breakfast mixture. Then added to Rhodes Roll - I put two regular sized together, you could also just use one roll.
I did not keep track of how much of each that I used.
Sweet Potato - sliced - cook sweet potato in skillet, then added onion. I would suggest microwaving potato first, then adding to skillet, will save a lot of time.
Bacon - I used precooked bacon - I LOVE CRUNCHY bacon - microwaved my bacon
Egg white - cook in skillet, then
Combined with Sweet Potato and bacon crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes 375
I think cheese would be good inside as well.
