Macaroni Salad

1 can sweet and condensed milk
2 cups of Miracle Whip
1/4 cup vinegar - apple cider
1/2 cup sugar
1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
2 large carrots shredded
16 oz curly macaroni - Rotini

Cook noodles - rinse with cold water.
Add ingredients - mix.
