Quinao

Quinoa
    To cook add to sauce pan:
         2 cups of water
        1 cup of Quinoa
bring to boil, cover with tight lid and cook on low for 15 minutes.  
Let rest 5 minutes to absorb water, fluff.

Corn - to taste
Pesto (from Aldi's) - to taste
Cilantro - to taste
Salt and Pepper
