Salsa
1 cup chopped peeled peaches
1 tb lime juice
2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
2 tb thinly sliced green onions
1 tb minced jalapeno chile pepper
Dash salt
Refrigerate salsa until needed.
Chicken
4 chicken breasts - we only used two
Salt and Pepper chicken - grill
Grill chicken
Serve chicken - place salsa over chicken - enjoy
