Spaghetti Squash

What the neatest thing.  This was the first time I had Spaghetti Squash.  I cut the ends off and cut it in half.  Placed one side in the microwave face up, for five minutes.  Let is set for a few minutes.  It was hot to hang on to.  I then placed it in a skillet and added Ragu.  I enjoyed this with a side of Quinoa.
